What is a SafeLink and how does it work?

A SafeLink is a unique URL that is assigned to you as a Sun Safety Squad member. When your followers click on your SafeLink and make a purchase on the UV Skinz website, the sale is automatically tracked back to you. This allows us to credit you with the commission for the sale.

How do I track my sales and commissions?

You'll have access to a dashboard through Social Snowball where you can track your sales, commissions, and other important metrics.

What type of content should I create?

We encourage you to create authentic and engaging content that showcases your love for UV Skinz and promotes sun safety. This could include photos, videos, blog posts, social media updates, and more. Be creative and have fun!

Do I have to post a certain amount to remain in the program?

While there is no set amount that you need to post, we do expect our ambassadors to be active and engaged in promoting UV Skinz and sun safety. Ambassadors who are not actively promoting the brand may be removed from the program.

When and how will I get paid?

Commissions are paid out monthly through Social Snowball. You will need to set up your payment information within the Social Snowball platform to receive your earnings.

Can I use my discount on sale items?

Your 20% discount may not be combined with other promotions or discounts, including sale items.

Is there a limit to how many times I can use my personal discount?

While there is no limit, we do monitor ambassador accounts for abuse of the discount code.

What if a customer forgets to use my link?

Unfortunately, we are not able to manually apply commission to a sale if the customer does not use your unique SafeLink at the time of purchase. This is why it is important to make sure your audience knows to use your link!
