I've been buying UV Skinz swim leggings for my two girls since they were toddlers and the onezies when they were infants. I like these leggings specifically because they are double lined unlike the swim tights and last longer. My girls love the royal blue color. They wear a one peice long sleeve suit over the leggings to protect their upper body and keep the pants from moving. The knee pickets provide more durability when they are on their knees on the side of the pool. They are not hot and work as designed. My hope is my children will never have to fear skin cancer in their life.
United StatesNice and thick double layer fabric but odd fit
I like a few things - the double layer is thick and durable feeling, and sand falls off of it like Teflon so it was easy to clean up after playing in wet sand by just brushing him off. They simply don’t fit my son - they may work for short stocky kids but do not fit my string bean. I tried the 4T and 5T; neither worked well and both sizes barely went up above his butt crack (and the kid does not have a bit booty) but the 5T was too wide and too long in the legs, so we went 4T which fit in the legs length wise but still were a bit loose. They simply need to make the butt area higher so it hits higher up on the waist. This is way too low rise and once they get wet, they fall off his butt since there is no draw string and the material stretches when wet. He hates them falling down but they cover his legs so we are trying to make it work. He loves the sun hoodies we got from UV Skinz, which are amazing and I already got more of.

We love these leggings so much more than fighting over sunscreen but after a day at the beach on his knees digging holes and building sand castles the knee pockets fill up with sand and they're tough to empty.
